Sky Force movie box office collection: sees ₹61cr opening weekend

Since its opening day, Akshay Kumar’s action thriller Sky Force has maintained a strong performance at the box office. Sky Force started slowly with ₹12.25 crore on its opening day but expanded its earnings substantially through the weekend. Right after opening day, the collection numbers jumped by 80% to reach ₹22 crore and continued its momentum with ₹27.50 crore on Sunday. It reached ₹61.75 crore during its opening weekend following its national box office run. The growing positive audience reactions suggest Sky Force will sustain a strong performance throughout the coming week starting from its important Monday results.

The film is directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani. Veer Pahariya has made his debut in this movie. The global surge of Sky Force generated $600K in its initial two days while bringing an extra ₹5 crore to its earnings.
